We offer accommodation on the beach – 8 nice wooden lodges with modern cozy interior and 4 glamping tents. Each bungalow is equipped with air-conditioning, private bathroom, towels and a balcony. All lodges are nested in a beautiful garden. The glamping tents are with 4 m diameter, 2.5m high, with cozy interior and comfortable beds arranged for 2 guests. The tent guests need to use shared bathroom. We have a restaurant, private parking, kite/windsurf station and beach bar. wi-fi is available in most areas. Breakfast is included. Being surfers ourselves we tried to develop the best surfing accommodation in Gokceada. It is on the spot and in the price of your room is included kite/windsurf equipment storage at our station right in front. The prices mentioned below are with breakfast included or breakfast and dinner and storage for your kite/windsurf equipment.

We offer several spots for campers/caravans in the area in front of the property.
The prices for campers/caravans are for the spot and 2 adults; for each additional person we collect 3 EUR .
We have the ability to only host up to 4 small tents – for 1, 2 or 3 persons. The price is for 1 person, and for each additional person we collect 6 EUR
The use of the sunbeds on the beach and equipment storage is not included in the price for campers / caravans and tents.

The reservations will be confirmed with deposit 30 % of the cost of the total stay. 

Cancellation:
– earlier than 2 weeks before the arrival date – 100 % refund.
– 2 weeks – 1 week before the arrival date – 30 % refund.
– 1 week before or no show  non refundable.
Please note that the refund amounts will exclude all bank charges.
